Cabin Rules

We want all our guests to have a fantastic experience and feel at home during their stay. While we do have a few essential guidelines to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, we prefer to keep things relaxed and friendly. Our focus is on providing a comfortable environment where you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature

We want to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, so please be aware of our important rules regarding your damage deposit. Violations such as smoking (inside or out), using firearms or fireworks, creating a fire pit or putting up tents in the yard, bringing pets on the property or hunting of any kind on or around the property. Any of these will result in losing your $200 deposit.

 

Additionally, please adhere to our check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 10:00 a.m. to gives us time to throughly clean the cabin, do laundry, restock and complete any maintenance work. This helps us maintain our cabin for future guests. You may lose some or all of your deposit by failing to observe check-in and check-out times. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please follow the instructions for disposing of waste:  Place all waste into large white plastic bags (in the kitchen cabinet beside the refrigerator) and tie them up completely before depositing the bags into the barrels along the fence.

DO NOT put loose trash into the barrels – this will attract dangerous wildlife and create a mess for our crew to clean up.

 

As your stay at the cabin comes to an end, kindly take a moment to review the “Check-out Guidelines” located on the side of the refrigerator. Following these simple steps will assist our staff in preparing the cabin for the next guests.

We want to assure you that we do not intend to keep damage deposit! Our priority is for you to respect our safety rules and check-out guidelines. By doing so, you can ensure your refundable damage deposit is returned to you when you leave the cabin in good condition. Thank you for your cooperation!
